Founded by Matthew J. Govea. At 17thirteen Media, we are a team of passionate filmmakers, photographers, videographers who are small independent collective media group based in Austin, Texas. Who offer high quality video and photo services, and the ability to work with any budget, no matter how big or how small. We have a passion for up-and-coming, filmmakers, artist, writer's, musicians and give them a ability to bring their visions to life.
